The International School of Texas operates as a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, governed by a dedicated Board of Trustees. Our trustees volunteer their time, expertise, and leadership to ensure the strategic preservation of the school’s mission and values while maintaining fiduciary responsibility for the organization’s long-term effectiveness.
Board members typically serve two-year terms and are eligible for up to three consecutive terms. The Head of School serves as the institution’s leader, and the Chief Financial Officer serves as the institution’s fiduciary executive. Both work directly with the Board of Trustees to ensure long term success for the school.
