Living Our Values
Houses accumulate points throughout the year by demonstrating the IB Learner Profile attributes and practicing IST’s core values: Respect, Integrity, Confidence, Intellect, and Service. At the end of the year, the house with the most points is awarded the coveted House Cup.
Spirit and Tradition
The House System is woven into many of IST’s most cherished traditions:
- House-colored shirts worn every Friday
- Fall food drive competition benefiting Central Texas Food Bank
- Family gatherings and community events
- Sports Day house competitions
- Pep rallies celebrating house pride and camaraderie
