Molly and her husband, Steve, are proud parents of Caroline (3rd) and Cooper (Kinder), and Caitlin, who is currently aged 2 and planning to join IST in Fall 2023.  An East Coast native, Molly grew up in Massachusetts and then traveled to Tulane University in New Orleans, LA where she obtained her B.S. in Business Management. From there, she traveled to San Francisco to work in Health Care consulting, where she met her now-husband Steve. It was in that job that she found her passion for the other side of healthcare and decided to become a nurse. She then did a rigorous accelerated Master’s in Nursing program at the University of Texas at Austin, while working simultaneously as a registered nurse in inpatient cardiovascular units. With her master’s degree, she now works as an Advanced Practice Nurse at Texas Heart and Vascular, treating cardiovascular patients while they are in the hospital as part of their primary cardiology team.  Molly credits IST with numerous benefits to her children and is excited to offer her expertise to support IST’s mission and vision.
