IST operates on two beautiful campuses.  Our younger students in Junior Pre-K through Grade 4 learn on our Hudson Bend Campus as they enjoy the Primary Years Programme (PYP).  Our Middle Years Programme (MYP) students in Grades 5 through 8 learn on our beautiful Bee Cave Campus.  Once IST’s Bee Cave Campus Expansion Project is complete, our students will be reunited on our purpose-built dream campus in Bee Cave.

In order to help our families with transportation between campuses, IST is proud to provide an intra-campus shuttle for students between our Bee Cave and Hudson Bend campuses.

 

Please arrive early to the drop off location. There is no childcare during loading; it is your responsibility to ensure your child boards the bus. The bus will depart promptly on time. There will be no late boarding.

 
Please arrive on time for the afternoon pick-up.  There is no childcare during unloading; it is your responsibility to ensure your child gets off the bus.
As a reminder, the transportation service is a courtesy service provided to our IST families at no cost. We do not offer after-school childcare for late pick-up. Please be on time to pick up your child. Failure to be on time for pickup will result in late pickup fees or dismissal of participation in the transportation program. After much consideration for our staff, we will be implementing a late fee for failure to pick your child up on time. 
 
 
Fees for late pickup: $10 for the first minute and $1 for each additional minute until the child is picked up.
 
Rules for riding the bus:
  •     No food or drink during transportation
  •     Backpacks will be placed under seats
  •     No loud music or screaming on the bus
  •     Be courteous and respectful to others
