Frequently Asked Questions About Giving at International School of Texas
There are multiple ways to give to IST. We accept gifts from our online giving form,checks, DAF’s, Gifts of Securities, Matching gifts and Wire or ACH transfers.
Yes! The International School of Texas (IST) is a nonprofit, tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and is incorporated and registered in the State of Texas. Our Tax ID number is 46-2877379, and all donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.Whether you choose to give to the Trailblazer Fund, support our annual Gala, make a gift-in-kind, or contribute though any additional appeal though out the year, your generosity directly supports our mission and helps provide a world-class IB education to all IST students.
Yes! You can designate your gift to one of the areas below: Gift of Greatest Impact, Visual & Performing Arts, Athletics, STEM&Design, Faculty Innovation, The World is our Classroom.
Many employers match (or more!) the giving of their employees and in some cases spouses and/or retirees. Your donation can go further through an employee matching gift program. When making a donation please enter your employer’s name to see if your company participates in matching programs. We can help you request any paperwork from your employer’s gift matching department.
At the International School of Texas, we warmly welcome both volunteer support and in-kind donations, including gifts of goods or professional services.
